The ingredients we use are almonds, puffed rice, or whether it is real fruit pulp and chocolate. Another ingredient that we cannot live without is “Thong Muan” that comes into being mashed into a bar.  That is our unique recipe that makes this delicious, crunchy and aromatic dessert from real coconut milk that only “Suthera Fuse” is available. Mini Crepes is the progression of eating evolution of humankind because we use the flour which is produced a coconut roll to make Mini Crepes in our new process. We extremely put our courage to decide to not use a black sesame and not use the rolling style which is our uniqueness of making a coconut roll but we have designed the Mini Crepes as a square shape for being able to pick and eat it to be fit for one bite.
